Shipping & Returns

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select the manufacturing lead time for your shades.

Expedited : We make your shades within 1 business day
Standard : We make your shades within 3 business days
Economy : We make your shade within 10 business days

In-Transit times vary, depending on your distance from our manufacturing facility.  All lamp shades are shipped with Standard Ground service, resulting in transit times anywhere from 1 to 4 business days.

- A holiday will likely delay your shipment at least one day, so plan accordingly.
- If you require 2nd Day or Next Day delivery, order your shade with Expedited service, and then call us to upgrade your shipping preference.

PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship lamp shades to a Post Office Box. If you place an order with a PO Box as your shipping address, we will contact you to arrange a physical address for delivery.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Shipping costs?
The larger your shade, the more it costs to ship. We do not ship lamp shades via the US Postal Service.  Your shades will ship with either Federal Express, UPS or SpeeDee, and we will email the tracking number as soon as the shade ships.

What about International Shipments or orders outside the 48 Contiguous States?
We ship internationally.  Special freight applies to orders in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. If you live outside of the US or Canada, we recommend you have the shades sent to a freight forwarder within the 48 Contiguous States.  Be sure to insure your shade with the Freight forwarding company for the full price of the shade plus shipping. Refunds from our company are not possible if a freight forwarding company delivers a damaged shade to you.  Alternatively, we can make special shipping arrangements to ship to the destination of your choice. 
All of our prices are charged in US dollars. Any additional taxes, duty or brokerage fees for international orders are the responsibility of the receiver.

When you order shades, we produce them specifically for you. We do not pull the items off the shelf. If you receive your shades and are not happy with them, please call us for further instructions on getting a new/replacement shade.  Do not send your shades back to us.  Custom shades and Replacement shades are not refundable.*

If you are not sure that a fabric or covering is going to work for you, then please order a swatch sample before you place your order.

Different computer screens will show our fabrics differently, so if color match is critical, we highly recommend ordering a swatch sample first.

DAMAGED SHADES : If your shades happen to get damaged during shipping, you must submit a damaged shade claim within 5 days. We will file a claim with the shipping company. They will want to see the damaged box, so do not throw it away. Once the claim is accepted, we can re-ship to you.

In the event you return merchandise to us, the merchandise must arrive in like-new condition. If a portion or all the returned merchandise arrives damaged at our facility, the damaged articles will not be refunded. Instead, you must file a claim with the shipping company for the damaged articles. We will only offer merchandise credit on merchandise returned to us in the condition it was sent out.*
